“I have been to this UPS store so many times. It is the best of Brooklyn, you had competition, but, they closed that location on Jay street. The reason you hold the BEST title is at that location, it was one person, at your location it’s everyone there. I was feeling down, and having a horrible day. The guys made me laugh and smile. It was close to the time my husband passed, I was feeling low. You never know what someone is dealing with. Always be kind, considerate, and professional. The staff, was all that and more. “I don’t usually write reviews, but this spot definitely deserves one. I affectionately call this place “the community post office”. Everyone who works there is so wonderful and helpful and happy. There’s always a bunch of people there and the vibes are always immaculate. I genuinely love coming in here as a weekly stop for my small business. Somehow this little shipping center makes me feel more connected to my community every time i pop in.”

“I was waiting at the UPS store on Flatbush, which I had confirmed was supposed to be open today although it was a holiday. There was a line of folks waiting from 8:30 when it opened. I left at 8:50 when no one had yet opened up. I went to the PostalAnnex just a few minutes away on Avenue I and was pleasantly surprised. They were open, there was only one customer before me, the man working there (possibly the owner) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The company handles UPS, FedEx and USPS and maybe DHL, and he saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting that I send the package as a USPS envelope vs. UPS. I will definitely go there again!”
