Horrible service at the pharmacy area. No one wants to help you and when they do, you better hope the person you get knows what they're doing. They give conflicting information on whether or not your scripts are ready and they don't take all insurances. Trying to call them on the phone is impossible because their answering service disconnects your call. I can't believe they're still in business.

Beyond slow. It’s very busy and they have, at the max, only had two cash registers open when I go, but most times it’s only one and the employee at the register will just walk away to deal with something else.

I've called to have my medicine delivered at 2 pm knowing they have lunch from 1pm -2pm. I still not have received it and it's 8:52 pm. They need to have a delivery service implemented to deliver meds as soon as possible. Not 6 hours later.

Pharmacy staff are usually helpful tho using the phone tree is difficult and I prefer to wait for a live person.
The back refrigerator is usually broken and I've been annoyed more than once by staff at front registers talking amongst themselves making me feel like an inconvenience.
Frequent problems using EBT at one register or another.

The pharmacist here truly cares and runs a super tight ship despite the high volume. He’s a gem.
Can’t give it five stars, of course, because of the chronic understaffing here most likely caused by corporate greed.

One of the worst pharmacies - constant lines of 10+ customers. Expect to wait at least 10-20 minutes for even the most basic Rx if you use this store

Pharmacy staff is doing their best but this store is criminally understaffed and under resourced. It either gross mismanagement, pure corporate greed, or both. I often walk a mile to CVS on 9th street just to avoid this horrendous store.

Whatever you do, and sincerely hope DR / Walgreens corporate is reading this, do NOT choose this pharmacy. It is a 45-1hr wait in a line every time you go.
Prospect Heights desperately needs more options.
Oh and there is no A/C. . . Avoid!

They honestly need to hire more personnel and come up with a better pick up system. The amount of time I have arrived here and had to wait is insane . I'm speaking on years without any progress .
