They never have the car you reserve. And the one they tried to give me today was FILTHY, and that was after I waited 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. The staff were lovely, though.

Had a great experience. The staff and customer service was superb! Friendly, lots of smiles, very polite. They really did a great job.
They didn’t have the car class I wanted and I had to upgrade but it was only like $7 extra so that’s not bad. The car was clean and modern.
