Qualisha helped us get into our unit for the first time today, and even helped us move to a new one when ours was blocked with a pole. Great service and super helpful - would recommend to anyone needing storage in the area!

The 5 stars is for Britney, the 160 John St location assistant store manager, not for extra space storage itself. Britney made a transfer process super easy and went above and beyond in solving a problem I didn't expect to get solved. Give her a raise!
