Flat Hardware is a fantastic hardware store with everything you could ever need. The staff is really helpful and nice, giving good suggestions and being respectful workers. They are friendly and informative, patiently helping customers with their inquiries. This helpfulness extends to offering to do tasks for free, such as cutting bike handlebars. As a locksmith, their parts are used for daily jobs like making keys and lock changes. The store is in a golden location, accessible from all parts of Brooklyn, and is a great neighborhood spot for all hardware needs. While the store is super cramped and returns can be difficult, ensuring customers are 100 percent sure of their purchases, the overall customer service is amazing.
Amazing customer service! I walked in with a cymbal that had a screw in it, I was unable to remove it, but the guy helped me immediately and fixed the problem in no time while also taking care of other customers.
