Frank is the absolute best. My very old Bernina stopped feeding fabric through and he picked up my machine, diagnosed the problem, fully repaired it, and dropped the machine back off within 24 hours. So courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for sewing machine servicing!!
