“We needed to replace a 25 year old built-in Monogram refrigerator. Our salesman, Shaya, was very helpful and responsive in finding us a replacement. Drimmers sent a crew to confirm that the replacement could be brought up to and in our apartment -- which it could not. Shaya then explored other alternatives with us and we ultimately settled on a Sub-Zero with the same footprint but which could be partially disassembled in order to bring it into the apartment. Drimmer arranged all the details and the installation was ultimately a success. And for all of this, the Drimmers all-in price was the best available, with no hidden extras.”

“I took my Miele vacuum in to be looked at after it was making a loud noise - after it was inspected I got a call that it needed a new motor. It was ready within an hour and a half of taking it in. I was struck by not only the speed of which it was fixed but the care that was taken to explain the problem and how to avoid it happening again. I haven’t encountered this in the 30 years I have lived in NY. I will be a returning customer here for sure.”

“Stopped by today and boy believe me when I tell you, the reviews about this place is ? legit. Originally went in to inquire about my Refrigerator that stopped working and possibly get a replacement part. I ended up not buying anything since Charlie was more than knowledgeable and helpful, even educated me sharing a few of his experiences/stories and adviced me thoroughly before I left. I asked if he can recommend a reliable tech and he was more than gracious to recommend one. Charlie is one the most stand up guys you'll ever meet. I told him there are very few men like him around since they hardly come by anymore. He just chuckled giving me his sense of approval ? I'm glad to have taken an extra mile today to have met this legend.
Thanks again Charlie for the expert advice and interesting stories. Your professionalism and expertise supersedes the rest. I will be coming back and I pray you stay in business for many more years to come ?

“I needed a microwave in a pinch after my previous one broke. The nicest guy helped pick out a microwave and even put it in my cart. And the best part is it wasn't even expensive compared to other stores. The only issue is it's packed with products, so you have to squeeze through everything.”
