Steven, the general manager, took my order the night before I was hoping to have flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday, and he was super helpful and kind. He was able to do a custom arrangement within my budget and texted me when the bouquet was ready for pick-up, along with a photo. Then, when we were unable to pick them up, he kindly arranged delivery at short notice. Thank you so much, Steven and team--you guys are awesome!!!”

Gus worked hard to make a beautiful wedding well within our budget and then some. Gus walked thru the flower markets with me and let me choose which flowers and colors I liked, while letting me know what would be in or out of my budget which was extremely helpful.Email communication can be a little inconsistent but Gus is very good at picking up the phone and always addressed any of our concerns.Our advice is not to stress because Gus delivers in the end!”

They didn't respond timely and he was extremely accommodating- indicated that he'd make up another fresh arrangement when he heard from them. It's rare to get this kind of service and treatment. I've used Enchantment before and this was another excellent experience. Do not hesitate to use them!”

I ordered an arrangement at about 9am and they were delivered (for free) to my mom’s address before 2pm.I ordered the basic florist choice arrangement and they were absolutely beautiful and the price was great. Will 100% be using Elegant again!”

“I didn't plan on coming here at all but went in anyway in search of a flower bouquet for my birthday and had a lovely experience here. The owner of this shop was lovely and extremely kind. He was very knowledgeable about each flower and his prices were very affordable. The shop may look empty but once you come inside he has lots of variety of flowers. I live all the way in queens, New York which is an hour traveling time with 2 trains and a bus. I will definitely be coming back here. Pleasant experience And lovely staff 10/10”

“Placed an order for a Christmas garland. I live in a condo, so I don't have a lot of working space. I spoke to Jenny and she advised I do a doorframe garland as it'll "pop" my tiny outdoor space. I don't know nothing about anything, especially when it comes to flowers and arrangements. SO GLAD I left it up to the professionals, because holy smokes, Jenny did amazing! I was not expecting it to look so good!!! I will be fully honest that it wasn't a cheap job, BUT it did not break my budget. I knew fully going in that this was going to be my splurge since I was only able to decorate 1 focus thing outside my little condo. When I told Jenny what I was thinking she gave me a price point and never pushed or encouraged me to increase the value. She respected my budget and vision. Honestly, the garland looks so expensive than what I actually paid for. 10/10”

“After a while of searching for florists in my neighborhood online, I struggled to find this shop. It had no reviews and there wasn't even a good picture of it on google maps. My mind was set. The people who worked here weren't going to be helpful. Their English was going to be heavily accented and they wouldn't know the names of the plants they were selling. Boy oh boy was I wrong. The selection here was not too great, but it had a good variety of common houseplants that I was looking for. The owner's English had the slightest of accents that couldn't bother anyone other than members of the Aryan Brotherhood. A few of the plants were a bit on the dry side, but when I purchased a plant, she was more than willing to transfer it to another plant and clip and remove the dead leaves. This is one of the only florists in the neighborhood. People in the ghetto don't usually need flowers, so this florist shop does the job. The prices are a lot lower than those of Manhattan so I would definitely recommend this place - especially since its so close to me.”
