Place is busy workers work hard No Parking Laundry is done once a week clothes that are wet should be done more often not stay and smell in the resident bathroom. This b place has some good qualities but also some that need improvement

rooms were fairly decent for the price was able to get a room at the last minute unfortunately they do not take reservations or PREPAID over the phone I showed up one evening and was told that they only had smoking rooms I thought smoking rooms were banned in New York City always smelled terrible room was OK
