“Booked a night here for a work trip/meeting through Hyatt & MMS partnership and it did not disappoint. They honored Globalist room upgrade and had an awesome staff from front desk (Robin especially) to the rest. Really cool building in a great area. I’m always staying in Manhattan when I come to NYC for work, which is pretty frequent, so it’s nice to change it up. There were croissant cookie type things from their bakery in my room, too, which were too good not to eat, unfortunately. Walking distance to Paolina Falafel & L’Industrie Pizza, both highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again will probably become one of my regular places I stay in NYC as long as they’re partnered with Hyatt.”
“I don't usually write reviews about hotels but I have to give a big shout out to the whole staff there. Everyone was very nice and kind. Big thank you to Michael at the Lobby bar who trekked in during the snow storm and was just such a trooper serving the bar by himself. Then Amanda, who has a bad leg, also came in during the storm and helped at the lobby bar. Both Michael and Amanda were so great! Also thank you to Ian and Geoff who were both just super kind and helpful at the Front Desk. This is really the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Thank you to everyone!”

“Lucinda at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made check-out smooth and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were nice and spacious, which made the stay even better. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall at the Point Plaza Hotel!”
“I'm leaving 5 stars for a few reasons. First: I believe Bill helped my family and I with our reservation at the perfect time even calling me back at around 11pm to help! Second: the staff are ALL very very friendly! Third: YAN is an amazing person at reception! She takes the time to chat with my family and myself. She gives us tips and tricks when approaching the city, and has a GREAT sense of humor! Very personable. Personally, it would be nice if Ft. Hamilton actually stayed in better communication with the hotel e.g. power outage won't last as long as planned, etc. But overall, we love it here, and should we return to NYC, we'd definitely stay here again. Look forward to continuing our stay! I highly recommend considering staying here.”
“Brooklyn area here is safe. The ladies are all super sweet and easy going. Sherri made a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are very nice. The furniture in the common areas are extremely ornate and beautiful to just sit and look at. The tub was a pleasant surprise! And most surprising is how quiet it all is. You'd think all you hear is city noise at night but this place offers a very quiet and peaceful setting!”
“I loved everything besides the toilet being in the shower stall about 2 inches from the shower head. Small but very clean and modern with great customer service.”
“I was there this past Monday and Tuesday night because of attending a concert in the area. The location of the hotel compared to the venue of the concert was one of the best parts, it was a 4 minute walk to the venue.
The hotel was super clean, and the front desk staff was super nice. The only bad part of the hotel stay was that it was advertised that we could get room service / food by a certain time. I had called and even went down to the restaurant, and it was not open, and nobody answered the phone. Also, our room had the balcony, and the door lock was not working, which made the room super cold Monday night because of the temperature in NY.
Everything else was wonderful and I would stay again if I have a concert near that location again.”
“I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The hotel and the room were spotless, which made a great first impression. Having a workout kit in the room, along with a fully equipped gym, was a fantastic bonus. The staff was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed—especially during the snowstorm, which really showed their professionalism and kindness. The food was excellent, and I really enjoyed the convenience of the free water and ice machine on the floor. The location is perfect, just steps away from the subway. I would happily stay here again!”

“We’ve stayed at Arlo Williamsburg 4–5 times now, and they never let us down. It is literally my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is consistently amazing warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful and the rooms are beautifully appointed.
This stay was extra special because we were there on our honeymoon, and we stayed in a suite. The views of Manhattan are absolutely incredible. Lying in bed or sitting on the couch, looking out at the New York City skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, is pure magic.
The bathroom is next level: a spacious shower with dual shower heads and a separate claw-foot tub both overlooking Manhattan. My bride loved soaking in the tub, sipping the champagne the hotel surprised us with for our honeymoon, while taking in that unforgettable skyline view.
To top it all off, the hotel left us a handwritten welcome card congratulating us on our wedding, along with a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries. That level of care and attention truly sets Arlo Williamsburg apart.
This hotel goes above and beyond every single time, and that’s exactly why we keep coming back. We absolutely love it here and can’t wait for our next stay.”

“Wonderful hotel with excellent service!
Very polite and attentive staff — always ready to help and make your stay truly comfortable. Special thanks for helping with a power adapter from European to American — that was a lifesaver ?
The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant atmosphere. A special highlight is the amazing view of Manhattan. The hotel is quiet, with no noise at all, perfect for a relaxing stay. We had a great experience and would happily return again!”

“I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but I went anyway because of the price. I paid 100$/night through booking.com.
You can't beat that price in Brooklyn.
My room was clean and everyone working was friendly. There is a garage next door for 30$/night if you don't want to deal with street parking.
They have drinks for sale at reception for the same price as a grocery store, I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't charge triple for water, coke etc.
I really recommend this place and would return.”
“Bed was comfortable, room service was impeccable, only downside is they knock while you’re sleeping, despite the door tag stating you don’t need room service. Had to get front desk to get our room card working several times as it would stop working every time we left the building with it. The parking lot is tiny, and almost everyone double parks, so you chance your car being out on the street.
Other than that, I would actually suggest you choose this place if you’re on a budget, rooms are cute and affordable. Only people allowed in the room are people staying. Max people per room is 2.”

“I had a great experience here. I was actually very satisfied with the room and the view. The room was pretty clean. I really like the attention to detail. The housekeeper did in the bathroom with the tissue. They had robes slippers, snacks, and drinks. Everything you possibly need the restaurants in the hotel was very good and the rooftop bar was awesome as well. I definitely will be back.”
“I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Brooklyn in NYC, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to JADE at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Jade went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She assisted me with booking my room, ensured I had the right accommodations, and consistently showed care and professionalism throughout my stay.
Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly made my stay worth my while. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest, and JADE absolutely did that. She is a true asset to the Hilton Brooklyn team and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. I can’t thank her enough!”
“clean and spacious rooms. nice location, near metro!
we booked via booking.com
free breakfast included. every day you have to get a breakfast voucher at reception. then there is a menu (actually two, one which is included in the room rate and one premium which is 15$)
when you go with the free breakfast, you still end up paying some fees and taxes, depending on how much you ordered. i think thats kind of weird.
room doors are def not soundproof!”
“One of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious, with a mini fridge, sturdy desk, and large TV. The free breakfast was genuinely good — especially the cinnamon rolls, bacon, and home fries — and there’s nice outdoor seating as well.
The views aren’t great since the hotel is near warehouse areas, and there are a few noticeable cost-saving measures (wall-mounted soap dispensers, coffee only in the lobby, no complimentary water bottles in the room), but those savings seem to get passed along in the price.
One thing to note: this Holiday Inn location does not have a gym, even though some Google Maps photos suggest otherwise.
Overall, a great value stay. It’s right by the D train, so getting into Manhattan takes about 20–30 minutes.”
“Modern, clean, hotel located where we needed to be. MUCH pricier than I expected with LOUD & CONSTANT street noise. If noise sensitive, you're going to need your ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones to allow for a good night's sleep. There's a bodega 1 block from the hotel that has fantastic bagels, deli salads & sandwiches, toiletries & beverages, all reasonably priced. Also, there's a bus stop at the front entrance should you need public transportation.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Nu Hotel Brooklyn! The staff were genuinely courteous and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and full of Brooklyn charm!”

“It has a big drawback in that the windows don't open, so there's no ventilation, but the staff were all the friendliest in the country, the breakfast was good, and I think it's the most perfect hotel among Brooklyn business(?) hotels. “I stayed at Brooklyn Way for the first time Aug 2018 along with my brother who had 2 rooms when we were having the funeral for our Dad. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. The staff was professional and accommodating and the Manager Shack went out of his way to be helpful. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and modern, the warm breakfast hit the spot (even for my athletic nephews), the location is convenient with the train and stores nearby. The only problem I had was extending my stay. The hotel was booked up!! “Location is fantastic—Bay Ridge neighborhood, steps from 86th St subway (R train straight to Manhattan), tons of restaurants/shops nearby, and close to attractions like Coney Island or the ferry. Great base for NYC without Midtown prices/chaos.
Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good AC, and daily housekeeping. Spacious for the area, with nice amenities like coffee maker and TV.
Service was solid—friendly front desk (shoutout to the warm check-in), helpful staff overall.
Free breakfast buffet was a highlight—plentiful options, kept fresh. Solid value and would definitely return! 4 stars.”

“The Quality Inn provided quality, like the names says! The rooms were well appointed, large screen TV worked just fine, lighting was good, bathrooms really nice. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were more than adequate, bed very comfortable and pillows great. Everything was clean. The staff really is professional and cordial, check-in quick and painless, check-out the same. All in all this note comes with a high recommendation for a stay in Brooklyn.”

“Honestly for the price this place is perfect. Don’t expect a holiday inn or any mid/high end hotel because you’re not paying for one here. The location is so close to all the joys of Cobble Hill and other great neighborhoods but it is admittedly in a slightly unexpected sort of industrial area. Clean rooms, nice people. I’ve lived in nyc for 7+ years and have used this spot for various reasons and no problems whatsoever - it’s even within delivery radius of most my favorite restaurants. For all those claiming it’s in an unsafe area, a better city for them to visit would be Milwaukee or maybe Cleveland. If yall want a top tier hotel experience with great views and some version of what you’ve seen in movies, pay those ($350+/night) hotel prices ✌️”
“Great customer service.Different was extremely clean and up to service. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice. It's a little pricey but it's New York.”
“Cash, 2 kinda of room jacquzzi and regular. Rooms aren’t the cleanest but considering there’s no deposit it comes with the territory. Had an issue where I had to change rooms due to an external issue(nothing with the hotel) and they were quick to accommodate”

“It is an excellent and beautiful hotel to spend time with your family or partner. Excellent service and very safe. Close to the train stations, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping streets where you can find what you need.”
“Rooms are fine. Get the ear plugs for street noise. Awesome free breakfast with lots of options. Staff is great. Cheers to Kat! Gym is cool, peloton bike lots of equipment.
Good location in downtown Brooklyn. But bit of a haul to subways and busses not close. Easy to get to BAM, Barclays, china town, midtown. Just five blocks to Junior’s cheesecake, Dekalb food hall.
My second stay here in five years. Rooms larger than midtown and quite affordable. Always crowded, lots of international tourists. Took AirTran from JFK then MTA all for under $10.”
