Courtney (I’m sorry if I respelled your name) in plumbing was an absolute jewel! What an addition to the store! I needed items for the plumber to replace the sink and repair the toilet in my grandmother’s home, and I had NO IDEA what I needed. I was able to call the plumber and Courtney took over! She understood what my plumber needed and walked me to everything I needed. She was awesome and her service and expertise deserved to be mentioned. Well done!

The employees at the return section are completely unprofessional and do not even want to do their jobs. Team Lead Rebecca was extremely rude to me and had an attitude for no reason and told me to go back to the store I purchased the item... without even trying to work things out.
I found out the return policy allows you to return items at any store and that they reserve the right to decline a return BUT my item was defected from the manufacturer and I just needed help deciding the next steps.
Flat out refusing service and telling me to go to another store was extremely unprofessional and the customer service gets a 0/5 stars. I will not be supporting this store, thanks Rebecca.

Home Depot on Hamilton Avenue in Brooklyn is a reliable place for home improvement needs. The store is spacious and easy to navigate, making it simple to find products. The staff is helpful, though it can get busy at times.

Overall, it’s a good store for finding what you need for any home project. I’d recommend it for anyone in the area.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Luis, Byron, and Bryan at Home Depot for their exceptional service! I originally ordered my flooring supplies online, but once I had a chance to see the products in person, I decided to cancel my online orders and purchase everything in-store instead. That’s when I received incredible help from A, B, and C. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Their expertise and dedication truly show that they love what they do, and it made my shopping experience so much better. Employees like them are a tremendous asset, and Home Depot should absolutely value and appreciate their hard work. Thank you all for making this such a smooth and pleasant experience!

Went for paint twice in one week and got help from LT from the paint department both times(lucky me).. she gave me the basic details on which type of paint to use in the different rooms of the house. She was very patient and super helpful both times, the second time she even remembered what I needed …. Wish I’d taken her advise to get a 5 gallon of paint cause I definitely need to go back for more paint.

Attitude! Don't want to help don't want to answer questions. Cashier name Shanya got irritated by me just talking and I'm a pro customer! She told me she doesn't have to help me and threatened not to check me out! Unreal! Get qualified workers. Not asking for a smile just for competence.

Home depot staff always act like they don’t wanna work there, you ask for help and all of a sudden they get all grumpy, and start snapping their lips, like get yo ahh up and help me out here. I’d give a 0 but the gardening staff is dope so 2/5 🫡

The employees at the 550 Hamilton Avenue store are truly amazing people! I came to this store for a week as a vendor who is helping fellow employees gain leads for their studio opening on 2/14. I have never been received with open arms from everyone at another business - its truly amazing, positive & very welcoming. My colleagues & I are so appreciative of the openness & positivity in this store. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge as well. Kudos to the staff & the management of the 550 Hamilton store, you guys are truly AWESOME!
