I and not handy and I don't have tools, but I needed some wood cut down for a project I was trying to DIY at home. The team (especially David!) was super helpful and went out of their way to get me what I needed. It was measured and cut perfectly.

I returned an item I bought some time ago for credit. Basically no questions asked. They asked for my ID and issued a full refund to be used for store purchases. I have no problem with that. I am a regular Home Depot customer.

It's a nice Home Depot. Not much different than others. Bike parking leaves something to be desired. It's not very visible and is just there to satisfy the requirement. For anyone looking, it's by the far entrance, near the staircase.
