I went there to get some record from 2020 and they were very helpful. Tina was so vested to get the information for me and she even printed it out for me without even asking. I was a HSBC customer for over 20 years till it was sold to CITIZENS.

It's not convenient for weekly banking. There is the only branch in Brooklyn.
