My card was deactivated because I entered the old pin. I went to the front desk to have it activated. She took my card and when I ask for as she help another customer she said no I have to wait until she is finished. I ask for my card 10 times. I told her my Acess a ride is here she said she didn't care. I ended up leaving my card. She wears a Valentino shirt, short hair and might be Spanish. She is rude.

I also got locked out of my account, and it takes forever to get unlocked. Their ATM machine DO NOT WORK, both of them and it's over a week, probably closer to 2. They don't feel embarrassed a bank is running like this?

After Citizen replaced HSBC, I came here to deposit some checks. I ended up getting locked out of the account because of a weird PIN issue(had already activated and set up on the app). When a rep came out to assist someone else with the machine, I waited until she finished and asked her if she could help me with something. She coldy said no and just walked back inside. Much thanks, many help! ?

Hopefully the higher ups remove these horrible staffs and fix the problem. I would give a zero if I could.Their employees are horrible. They don't want to help customers. Your employees are in the service industry and if you don't want to service customers leave.Shuyi is a rememberable one and it's NOT in a good way. This bank needs some better employees! She's a bully to customers and needs someone to put her in her place. It's 2021 you need to be better than to belittle your customers!

Waiting time in line 20 minutes always,conditions not working so you sweating to give them your money,one teller with 20 people in line,this bank worse then mcdonald's,they are working faster and better to customers.

I would give this bank a zero if I had to. Customer service is the worst. They treat you like little kids. They don't care about how you feel. They not only don't want to help, but make life difficult for you. I took my money out immediately and move to another bank where they appreciate my business.
