I have to say I’ve always had pleasant experiences coming to this bank, the tellers are always kind and helpful to me, especially Jack, he’s one of my favorites, so for me it’s an enjoyable experience, my favorite bank!

Friendly branch with copious space. I’m surprised and delighted to be able to access my bank at so many NYC locations, even in Brooklyn. Last time I was in the city they had no locations even a train ride from the city despite having such a large presence in the northeast, PA, CT and other states.

This bank is spacious and comfortable. When my time deposit certificate expired, the manager Anny carefully introduced other financial products, making us feel reassured and happy. Thank you Citizens Bank!
