Came in to Citizens bank today to do a few things. Jackie at a desk on the left was great! Helped me through my issues and was efficient about it! She then assisted the teller Alan with the additional assistance I needed, and again the tasks were seamless. Also, the place is huge and spotless!

I have to say I’ve always had pleasant experiences coming to this bank, the tellers are always kind and helpful to me, especially Jack, he’s one of my favorites, so for me it’s an enjoyable experience, my favorite bank!

Friendly branch with copious space. I’m surprised and delighted to be able to access my bank at so many NYC locations, even in Brooklyn. Last time I was in the city they had no locations even a train ride from the city despite having such a large presence in the northeast, PA, CT and other states.
