They did great. Brought my car in on a Friday picked it up on the Monday after. So it only took them like 9 days to fix it up and it looks like new.
Would recommend bringing in your car even if it’s a newer model

Very perfunctory repair! They were responsible for helping me contact the insurance company for compensation, and the bill showed that it was a new replacement, but when I got the car, I found that my front bumper was simply glued together and not replaced with a new one!

The communication was great and they went above and beyond by fixing scratches on the car that weren’t even part of the work order. They also cleaned and detailed that car too which was a real bonus. The quality of the repair was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Damage to my car was covered by the other driver's Geico and Im glad I chose iDeal. Really easy, organized, and prompt. And the painting was done well.
Aside from some of the painters tape adhesive left behind, the car looks great.

No one wants to deal with having their car fix after an accident but I must say the folks at ideal automotive made this a terrific experience. From the Secratery to the manager supervising the work everyone was a pleasure to work with. When I came to pick up the car which was ready ahead of schedule I was thrilled with the work… clean, neat and all the paint was matched perfectly! I would recommend this shop to everyone!
