Upfront and prompt handling - Luke handled the evaluations & pricing. Karen got us scheduled and was receptive to calls. Slight hiccup was ironed out and pick up was seamless with On, a repair specialist. Highly recommend this crew & location for repair work.

Good customer service. Had cracked bumper due to snow damage and they were able to provide a quick fix instead of replacing bumper.

I was referred here by a family member and was not disappointed! iDeal provided excellent and fast service to repair my car and even washed the car when they were done. Very grateful to David and Karen for their help, and to the rest of the staff as well.
