Knickerbocker Chemists Inc. is a pharmacy known for its amazing communication skills and efficient customer service. Customers appreciate the fast deliveries and helpful staff, especially when searching for specific medications. Many have been loyal for years, preferring it over busier competitors. However, some customers have recently faced challenges with prescription availability and long wait times due to limited store access. Despite these issues, the pharmacy remains a valued option in the neighborhood for its overall service and support.
Phenomenal to work with. Knickerbocker Chemists and their staff have always been super helpful, accommodating, and really go the extra mile. Several times, I've preferred a specific brand of a medication, and they've worked hard to find it and also have helped me with discount codes to get costs down.

Waited on line across the street at Walgreens for 2 hours to find out they don’t accept my Insurance. Came to this pharmacy and they did accept my insurance and they went above and beyond transferring my prescriptions for my son. I was in out in less than 10 mins. Really great service w polite and friendly staff.... read full comment
