I had no I dea what I was doing but Tiffany showed me the ropes! First time doing laundry was a success and this is my weekly spot from now on.”
“Service was wonderful, very kind employees. Very clean establishment with lots of room to fold and sit while you wait. There's a waiting area with a TV and a little library, a desk as well if you needed to bring a kid after school.
Machines are a bit pricey; smallest machines start at $4.50, medium ones are $8 and large ones are $11, all dryers are $.25 per 6min. Small load is usually dry on med heat for about $1. Took about an hour overall for a small load. It may be more worthwhile doing a drop off/pick up service if you have a larger load.”

“This story is going to take a minute to write so buckle in.I purchased a vintage Alyn Paige blazer over the summer and wore it once before dropping it off at Xpres laundry to be dry cleaned. I picked it up and put it on a few weeks later. It had shrunk, significantly. Like it was unwearable. And sadly, this item was no longer made and I couldn’t find it online anywhere to repurchase.I took it back to Xpres Laundry and explained in great distress what had happened. They called the boss and sent it back to the dry cleaner (they send out).I picked it up the next week and the dry cleaner mistakenly dry cleaned it again, shrinking it more.At this point I asked for compensation and had given up.They insisted on sending it back one more time. I agreed.Two full weeks later tonight I am back here doing my laundry and I checked on where my blazer was. I was told it would be here in an hour.So I wait and the dry cleaner brings the blazer and waits for me to try it on.It fits perfectly. He had let out all of the seams and resewed them with a white lace inside.I cried.This is long and dramatic, but the moral is that whoever is in charge cared enough to make this right, and the dry cleaner went above and beyond to repair my favorite piece of clothing.”

“Highly recommend them! I had to go back a second time to re-alter a dress because it was too long the first fitting. I was on a time crunch and they were able to get me back the dress in 2 days. They even gave me an extra piece of thread in case my zipper ripped (due to manufacturing issues, it was difficult to zipper) as a just in case back up. They are very personable, will remember who you are, and your clothes are in great care! Don’t hesitate to come here, awesome people.”

I called Coleman and it was literally 10% of the total I was quoted for the suits with Coleman ($38 v. $400). The owner was lovely to speak with. They picked them up and had them back as promised within 24 hours in perfect condition. We are officially switching.”

“I was waiting for my laundry to finish with my twin daughters by my side, and I thought I'd grab them a soda from the machine as a little treat. As I tried to get the soda, I realized my credit card wasn't working in the machine. To make matters worse, I didn't have any cash on me, and the girls were starting to get restless. Just as I was about to figure out what to do, Big Rob, the attendant, stepped in and said don't worry about it, I'll get the sodas for you. He bought the sodas for my girls, and their faces lit up with excitement. I was touched by Big Rob's kindness and thanked him from the bottom of my heart. The girls enjoyed their sodas, and I felt grateful for the unexpected act of kindness that made our day a little brighter.”
