“This laundromat has new, modern, and powerful machines so get good washes and drying. The place is always clean too, only drawback is that it’s a bit narrow and tight in there especially when it’s busy.
However, the best aspect of their business is Carolina who is one of the most authentic, gracious, and diligent persons I’ve met. She’s the reason I keep coming to this laundromat even though there is one closer to me. I started coming here because of the grand opening promotion but great staff and service is hard to come by in really ant industry, especially after Covid.
This is a good business but good businesses are made up of good staff.”

“I walked here a few feet away from the one on 78th after he became rude. So i went to this laundromat. The lady here, with he limited command of the English language was nice and affable. She explained and helped me get my card and explained, even if I can very well navigate around. She was polite and nice, exactly what a service business should be. The reasons it is 4 is that no wifi, to which the lady apologized, and no bathroom. Hello owner, please try to provide these 2 basics. And maybe sweep the floor every hour?”

“Machine prices are higher than other places but you get to dry for free. Dryers are 40 minutes and free when you wash there.
My only peeve is that they have no cash on hand and if you only have cash, they can't provide any change whatsoever. They del accept debit/credit cards and EBT however if all you do is cash ensure you bring your own change (bills only) otherwise you will be running around like I was attempting to get change to obtain a card for their location ane then to do my actual wash.”
“Always clean, tidy and fully stocked for the odd times softener or detergent runs out and more is needed. Mr. Lee and his assistant are always helpful and jovial. They make my least favourite chore go by faster.”
