2025 update...
The customer service is abysmal as ever and I question my life choices. Many employees clearly are apathetic and have no interest in working for this business. My humble opinion, corporate might as well cut there losses and put this store out of it's misery and shut this branch down.
If you decide to come here, do your homework before coming in to make a purchase. It's an experience lacking in reliable customer service.
This Lowe's is much newer than the neighboring Home Depot. As such, the store itself looks great. Unfortunately that's pretty much all it has going for it. This particular big box home improvement retailer is just another NYC example of a poorly run establishment. My experience here has been typical, where many employees are obviously clueless & worse yet just plain don't care. There probably are competent employees here but they must be few & far between.
It took 20 minutes of asking & waiting before finally calling the store while I'm in the store to finally find out this Lowes does not cut or thread black pipe for customers.
Two words... UNACCEPTABLE & SAD.

Good location. Friendly employees. Good drive-through. Bad auto opening phone app. that should allow easy access without manual code input.

Worst customer service ever. The delivery came 3 weeks early, and I tried to call the customer service to reschedule it but only was told that no they couldn’t do anything about it, and the customer service supervisor Carlos kept on talking over me, and tone was very harsh. Worst customer service ever.

Called in multiple times for my cabinet delivery because support center keeps referring me to call local store where delivery is suppose to ship from. My kitchen is on hold and am missing one piece and this last piece has been delayed 3 times and website doesn't update, support center only sees that it was suppose to be loaded and it wasn't their and then this store just disconnects your calls and never pickups! I'm regretting purchasing and renovating my new cabinets with Lowes because now if something doesn't fit I'm expecting another hassle when it comes to swapping out cabinets or changing them.....

Never received my full order. $1850 railing. Delivered me 25% of order. Remaining amount had to call chase to get money back. Lowes Store doesnt pick up my phone. Lowes Customer service says you need to call store. Lowes pro said not their department. Crazy 3 weeks

Terrible customer service area in the store. The corporate customer service does not care about how they treat customers.
After shopping in this store from the day it opened, WE are no longer shopping here again!

I have been in lowes waiting for over 40 minutes to get a associate so I can purchase a tankless hot water heater. The store has no workers, no wonder 😒 they are losing money.
