The store usually has what you need for DIY jobs. Customer service varies; everyone can be super nice and helpful, but it is sometimes mediocre and no one is available to help. Excellent service occurs when staff go above and beyond. For seasonal sale items, you must get there early as they sell out fast.
Received great customer service from Alyf on President's Day. My finance and I went to get a new Micro Wave oven and this guy went Above and Beyond...to the point we ended up getting a Lowes Business credit card with great benefits! Thank you Alyf!! You are the man!!!

I just love loves the fact that you can get most of your hardware and other stuff man that place I just love it so much. I can’t say that enough so I gave it five star every time I get a chance.

found some staff to be rude and not helpful- only come here cause prices are sometimes $1 less than home depot- and i'm cheap
