This store was well kept and very clean. Sam was super helpful when it came to shopping with shorts. She clearly explained the differences in material and which style might suit me best. Sam made my shopping experience delightful.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I give some stores for the nice size of the store. There seems to be new management and I had a terrible experience with a return. It seems that most of the employees here are white and it used to be more diverse. I had no issues with exchanges before but during this recent experience the store manager had to help me and she was not nice. I feel like my return was turned down immediately before even explaining myself.

Great store with a well stocked men's section. Matthew was extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with a pair of pants I previously bought and he wasn't just knowledgeable about everything but he was determined to help. One of the best store experiences I've had at Lulu across the country

Had a great experience at this location. Sam is a one of a kind. She explained to me all the fabrics and helped me get products that work for me and my life style. I was skeptical in coming in because I had a not so great experience at the location in grand central that left a bad taste in my mouth. The store was clean and the entire staff was welcoming. Sam was very personable and attentive . The store is on the smaller side so they did not have what I wanted in stock but they were able to order the products to my house. The best unexpected part is that she knew to how to greet my mother in law in Croatian!! We were not expecting that but it made her feel extremely welcomed. Thanks again to everyone at this store, 10/10 experience

I bought leggings in Canada and they were defective. The seams were unraveling after 1 week. I went to the store in Williamsburg to see if they could replace them. The associate that helped me at the Williamsburg store was so nice about it and very helpful.

Absolutely love this Lululemon location! The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable—they helped me find the perfect fit and even suggested a few new arrivals I hadn’t seen online. The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and had a great vibe that made shopping feel like a treat. I left with a few pieces I’m obsessed with, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. If you’re into quality gear and top-notch service, this is the place to go! I got the lululemon define jacket and it gave me a BBL and for sure made me snatched!

Very rude cashier refused return since package was damaged (even though package shipped damaged). After calling Lululemon they are accepting the return but was an unpleasant experience.

I've been going into this location lately cause I work out in the neighborhood for a few years. It's a smaller store and assortment but the team there always takes good care of care of me. Everyone is super-friendly and helpful they just make it easy.

I visited this Lulu Lemon location on Saturday, and it is one of my favorites thus far! Jeremy in particular was very attentive. He is patient, knowledgeable, and above all his willingness to help is outstanding. Overall, everyone at the location was very friendly. Looking forward to my next Lulu shopping spree.

it was a weekday evening, had around 3 customers and 5 employees, all of whom were busy with their phone/chat/flirt. so eventually none of the customers got any assistance
