Horrible location. Manager is abusive. Store is dirty. Your response to this complaint is even more laughable. Entire company is laughable. Not getting another penny from me. Goodbye after 8 years. Worst store in the universe.

My old phone was damaged and I needed to replace it . I went the Metro PCS on Flatbush by the Junction zip code 1120 I have met Tolga . He went about and beyond to help me. He provided great customer service and I was very impressed with his services. I will recommend him to anyone who is seeking to purchase a new phone. Overall I would give him a 5 star review.

Yesterday I went 2 Metro help me with my problem.Beverly rd and Flatbush.That one wrong place to go .Then send me to right one main office on the Flatbush junction.They fix my problem.I am very thankful for helping me.

In the little time I was there , one customer screaming at the employee, a second very upset and a third smashed a new phone on the the ground, I was wondering why are people so rude, then I found out why, because this employee’s lie and even scam customers as me, they charge me almost double what I was suppose to pay, game me a faulty phone and charged me again when I got the replacement phone, there is much more to the story but the point is the manager and the employees are scammers, stay away from this store at all costs because it will cost you much more in the end

Terrible customer service, rude agents, who do not give the information, they only ask for the money and now, without explaining or even asking anything, I had a problem with a payment they received and it was never reflected, and they never responded. I like metro, but this office in particular is terrible! I prefer to call or go to another one.
