Went there for a simple SIM card change from my old phone to my new phone. After 10 mins of trying, the store attendant ended up locking up both of my phones and told me she can’t fix it and I need to call customer service. And she barely spoke any English. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had.

I went to pay a metro bill for a friend on 2/24/2016 and was told that the phone service was disconnected. I told her that the phone was working about a week ago and I should be able to pay at any Metro location and get it turned back on. The lady at the counter then told me I need to be registered at this particular store in order to pay my bill. I told her I attempted to pay it last night at another location in queens and was short $2.00 cash so I postponed it for the next day, but there was nothing on the account preventing payment. She then said I would need to go back to that location. I told That was the first time I heard that then left the store. The same evening I paid it another location in queens, no questions asked or discrepancies.
This wasn't the only time I stopped at that particular location and was not given proper assistance! This was two separate instances with two separate people!
