Last month, I just joined metro PC s got my service turned on. I had to go back this month to pay my bill because the app service will not take my credit cards that was a problem, but they tried resolved it when I got to the store. But could not link my c/c to auto pay. In the app all in the store which really sucks.

Went there for a simple SIM card change from my old phone to my new phone. After 10 mins of trying, the store attendant ended up locking up both of my phones and told me she can’t fix it and I need to call customer service. And she barely spoke any English. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had.
