    I have rarely had issues with Northfield banks. But the Bensonhurst branch is exceptional. The customer service is excellent and the assistant manager, Melody , is a pleasure to deal with. Kindness really does go a long way and it’s really appreciated.

    I have banked elsewhere over the years, but the customer service at Northfield Bank goes above and beyond what I have experienced before. How refreshing it is to walk into a Northfield branch - especially the one in Bensonhurst - and to be warmly welcomed. It really does matter.
