Did not refund my purchase after being told the day previously my order would be refunded if my cat did not like the food, guaranteed. Very inconsistent and poor products l. Extremely disappointed I have to go back as they only gave me a store credit.

Don't bother... they never open on time. I often get there for an hour after the store supposedly opens and it's still shut. You call the store, and no answer. It's the same pretty much every week. It's a great location with everything you need, just really really poorly ran.

Horrible. They charged me over twice the amount for a food that they rang up wrong. I didn't discover it until I saw the receipt days later. No apology. I call the store and get placed on hold forever. And had to go back to the store to dispute it. Do not go here.
