NYC Pet is the best pet shop in Brooklyn with a great selection of everything for your pet. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They have great prices, specials, and a pretty decent rewards program. The store offers a cat adoption program and does not sell live animals. It has a range of toys, including catnip infused toys, and items are always in stock. They deliver locally. The shop cats are super cute. It can be a bit busy, but it is a very solid and decent local pet store in the Williamsburg area.
Staff is friendly and helpful. They always have the items I need in stock (my cats are picky eaters). Pretty decent rewards program. And the shop cats are super cute:)
