After 2 days, my chrome manicure was chipping. Because I was traveling abroad, I was unable to return for repairs. Despite being a regular customer for several years and providing evidence of the bad manicure, Primp & Polish refused to give a full refund. Their poor customer service was very frustrating. Be aware that if something goes wrong, this business will not take accountability for their mistakes.

Betty is an excellent technician my manicure was done so well – I am so happy. I also had a back massage which was soothing and calming. Betty is kind and expert a good mix! 5+ plus Stars

Getting my nails done for cowboy Carter and was inspired by a design which the nail technician Abby was able to replicate perfectly. I was so amazed at her skill level and efficiency. Also, Jess at the front desk was so welcoming and helped me figure out how to make my nail inspiration come to life. A true neighborhood gem!

I went to primp and polish about a few years ago and I just remember their service being so extremely professional and great that I decided to go back however this was a different location and it just wasn’t worth the price. I went with a friend and we were doing our service at the same time. She had a new girl who you could see the other employees kind of bullying her which was making us uncomfortable. They kept trying to force her to do things. She clearly wasn’t qualified for or didn’t know. At one point when my friend was getting her gel on her toes done two of the employees call themselves trying to tell her where to get the UV machine from and plug it up then when she got it and plugged it up, she walked away for about a second and they were throwing it around instead of just leaving it where she had it

Really nice looking salon but the gel manicure does not last. First time chipped after 3 days, went to get it fixed, felt like I was getting an even worse manicure and then it chipped again badly 3 days later. Waste of time and money.

Susan, my nail technician, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail and meticulous method shows her experience. Very happy with the overall atmosphere and of course my mani. Great service, will recommend and be back soon!

If you want a pedicure that lasts over a month, this is the place to go. While it’s not the cheapest option ($$$), it’s absolutely worth every penny. The space is spotless and offers a relaxing atmosphere, plus they have weekday discount specials.

One of my favorite places on the planet. The friendliest, most accommodating nail salon. They're constantly evolving & improving for their customers. I also know that the employees are really valued & treated well & that's the best part of it all. They take pride in the precision of everything they do. Very clean & they have the best products.
