Super kind and helpful people! Great selection and great quality. We didn't see the cut(s) we needed for our recipe, but were pointed to an alternative that worked perfectly. Def our favorite butcher in the Park Slope/Prospect Heights area!

I picked up a catering order (some sandwiches) for a birthday and they were amazing. our guests were raving about the sandwiches. they gave us some free cookies too. and everyone was super nice to me when i picked up the sandwiches. A++++

Excellent and Profesional staff with depth of knowledge regarding prep, pricy but worth it. Great sausage, love the beef oyster!
