Ive been twice and both times worked with Rose. The first time made such an impression I went out of my way to come back here now that I have insurance. I was reluctant to book with Quest Greenpoint. The reviews weren't very good on Google. But I was pleasantly surprised when they called me in at my scheduled time. The lady (phlebotomist) who saw me and took my information and blood was very kind and amusing. I think the rest of the staff are amazing.
