Absolutely the worst place I've ever had to use for pre employment drug screening. Waited from 7:30 am in the office only to be told standby is probably not going to be seen today. Then I make an appointment for 11am. Leave at 8:50 and come back at 10:15 for my appointment. Text message wouldn't let me check in early, the kiosk inside lets me check in at 10:25. 11:00 passed 50 minutes ago now and I'm still waiting... my name came off the checked in listing and they are still taking people who aren't on the screen. I am not going to get a ticket for parking because I can't pay for more time. I hope this place closes down. No one here deserves a job. They are rude and talk to clients that are concerned about their appointments like they are children who are wrong when they checked in over an hour early. There another gentleman here who has been waiting even longer then me.... Please God never come here for an emergency. Or a planned one either Close this location. Get a staff that actually works and has a secretarial desk. This COVID wall doesn't need to be here. They are only using it to hide from the clients at this point.

The women here are super hard workers and are doing everything they can to see everyone in a timely fashion. I always have to lay down for bloodwork otherwise I might faint, so I always end up seeing Joanna. She’s one of the rare people who can draw my blood seamlessly without poking and prodding! If you make an appointment, just try not to have plans after and bring a book or something- don’t freak out on the staff because the company schedules them a million appointments a day! Once you’re in, it’s quick and they’re very nice. (:

I've been here three more times for specific lab work, employee screening test and general blood test. I think I already gave enough chances for the office and do not like my experience overall. I feel I was treated like an animal by line-up workers.Just follow their demands and they rushed you out with no courtesy or assistance. I wonder how they would treat patients with DMEs or other assistance since it's a tiny office and narrow hallway. In the individual lab room, the bags, supplies were not organized, I was concerned if they are expired or not clean. This time I was told I need to pay the lab fee of $40 which was already covered by the insurance. I'm not sure this is the SOP of the facility or other Quest lab. I will try to find another location or lab company in the future.

Spent an hour waiting for my scheduled blood draw apt. They need to hire more people if they plan to schedule patients and run on time. Unfair to patients

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were also recommended by our allergist to bring our 7 year old and they were HORRIBLE! There was no gentleness or words of reassurance! There was no kindness towards him AT ALL. This was his first time ever having blood drawn and now I fear he will be forever traumatized by how cold the phlebotomists were. DO NOT GO HERE WITH KIDS! I only wish I had looked at these reviews before I booked! ??

Places is FILTHY and CONCERNING.My recent visit to Quest in Greenpoint was disappointing and concerning. The cleanliness of the facility was severely lacking—there was an evident disregard for tidiness and hygiene. Dirt and clutter were scattered around the back area and examination rooms, making it an uncomfortable environment for patients. Moreover, the 45-minute wait time before being attended to was frustrating, and the staff seemed preoccupied and rushed, neglecting basic courtesy and providing minimal assistance. The counters were cluttered with boxes, papers, and other people’s blood vials everywhere, creating a disorganized and unprofessional atmosphere. They also use old rusted refrigerators, seems not up to code.Unfortunately, the rude and dismissive behavior of the employee exacerbated the overall experience. Their lack of proper bedside manner was evident, leaving me feeling unattended and disrespected as a patient. This location needs to prioritize cleanliness, organization, and customer service to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for its patients. Improvements in staff training and facility maintenance are urgently needed to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for all visitors.

Severely understaffed. TV in waiting room is too loud and broken (doesn’t work). Was not seen until 50 minutes after my appointment time. The nurses who draw the blood also intake the doctor order (rather than a receptionist doing it) so the whole process takes longer than it needs to.

They double-book appointments. They ran an hour behind schedule. Do not expect to be seen at your scheduled appointment time

Always understaffed, so expect to be seen 30-90 minutes after your morning appointment time. I go to a Labcorp that’s further away from me because they’re way more efficient.

This Quest Diagnostics location is a joke, after checking in they give you the option to wait outside or in their waiting area but if you chose to wait outside they never actually text you or give you a call. After waiting for an hour in my car I came back inside and the attendant told me that sometimes they don’t text when they’re busy? What kind of operation are they running, how is a patient supposed to guess that when it’s never mentioned during self check-in, why offer a waiting method that they can’t support? Terrible patient experience and very rude staff, go somewhere else for your exams.

Terrible service, they do not take into account appointments in the time they are requested, rude people, I waited for more than 2 hours, my appointment was at 9:30, I arrived at 9:00am. At 9:45 people kept arriving who had not been on time for their appointments and they attended to them, it is a waste of time to schedule, they are not going to take your turn into account. If I could I would give 0 stars

1. Definitely book an appointment, walkins are lower priority2. Don't show up early to your time, you'll just wait longerI made an appt for 10:20, arrived at 10:30, and waited half an hour or so still. Blood draw was quick since I have easy veins and staff was nice, but as other reviews have said there are only 3 of them and seem very overworked.

This place is horrible. If you get placed in the stand-by line check go somewhere else. I could see on the screen they are able to assist with 3 people at a time. I waited for an hour then left. The room had two people waiting for their appointments. They were serving only one person and the other two check in early. I asked if I go be seen because no one else was checked. They told me stand-by could wait all day. I asked if there was a priority list system being used and the lady said you have to wait. I just book an appointment else where then left.

Avoid! Even with an appointment, I waited for more than hour. The other reviews are true. It seems like it's a chronic issue of being under staffed and poor management. No one cares that you are waiting and the waiting room is full. They will still take their time and move at a snails pace.Only upside was the phlebotomist did a good job. Barely a pinch and no brusing. But not worth the wait

Be advised-you may have booked an appointment but you’ll still wait a long while. I’d average 40-60 min after your appointment time. Don’t forget to check in though. The phlebotomist are doing their best but they are obviously understaffed and overbooked.
