Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment for a urine test. You need to use some assessment skills and call people by their test. You can’t ask someone to arrive ready to void and then have them wait an hour and a half before you let them pee. These can be prioritized. None of the staff there was helpful or making appropriate decisions for the patients.

Even those with appointments will wait for hours.
High chance they'll bungle your appointment and you'll need to re-discover elsewhere

Staff is unresponsive and bluntly unhelpful.

While I’ve had mixed experiences with wait times and occasional mixups, I have to say that Ms. Iwona and Ms. Rosemary — who have been there since I first used this lab over six years ago — have been always kind, professional, and efficient.

Appointment at 8:10. Not even get it started until 8:28. What’s the point of having an appointment?
This is not a doctor appointment. Just draw the blood and go. WTH

Like the other reviews say, don’t waste your time. I’m making an appointment at another location for another day. With an appointment at this location, you will be waiting a very long time.

I’ve had such a great experience at this Quest location. The phlebotomists are the best! I’ve went to this place 3 times already and they were all exceptional. Last time, Ywona was my phlebotomist and she is so professional and caring. I took the 3 hour glucose test and she made sure I had the
right guidance by letting me know exactly when to draw the blood every hour. If I could give 100 stars to this place and to her I would. Thank you for the Amazing service!

Waited 1.5 hours even though I had an appt. I was fasting and got a headache from hungry and being waiting for so long. They should make less apt if they can’t handle them. My appt was 10:20 am ended up leaving at noon!

Consistently over an hour waiting time for something as simple as drawing blood. There is no front desk and no one to talk to request an update. This is not just a one off experience, this is the same experience Ive had both times I’ve gone to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location.

The two ladies that work here are absolute angels - so kind, caring and experienced.
I feel so sorry for all the abuse they receive from frustrated patients - YES there is a long wait (and expect 45-60mins even with an appointment - bring a book) because QUEST over schedule the appointments. They need more staff or need to sort their system out.
It’s not the fault of the phlebotomists - please be kind to them, they are doing their job - they have to do all the admin side too which takes time.
Also don’t forget to bring a physical card to pay (no Apple Pay!)

8:20 appointment served at 8:40. Kind of acceptable as they have 3 people working here. My blood was drawn very professionally.

Waited 1h30 for our appointment for my 1yr old due to the system allowing for too many appointments to be booked without the staff being able to manage it. However, the staff were very lovely and managed my temper well (sorry but thank you for being patient with me). They handled my son very well and the procedure was very quick. The issue is the booking system, not the staff who were very sweet and adept at what they do.
