I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30am. I was met with a strong unwelcoming and unsanitary odor of urine as I waited in the lobby. I am gravely concerned with the hazardous environment that the clients are subject to. While the staff were pleasant , the environment is DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING. How do you provide “caring hands” to the clients and the entire facility smells like urine. Once I met with the staff in the office area, the odor was pronounced . My nose burned. I observed plug ins which was evident that the establishment is aware. I am appalled that Quest would treat people so poorly and it’s an obvious that they do not respect the community members who frequent their establishment. You cannot help but to think that it’s a direct result of serving an underserved people who you think cannot advocate and or believe that this is the kind of environment they belong to. No one deserves to get services like this ! Please do not waste your time here . I will not be returning.

The two ladies at the Center were courteous, professional and very accommodating. I am a hard stick and I told this to Marsha who manipulated my arm just for a minute and then it was over. I couldn’t believe how easy she found a vein and a good one at that. I had a similar experience with the other lady, whose name I cannot remember now but she too was amazing in finding a vein and making my experience less anxious. I know she’s Caribbean. Thank you for these two awesome and experienced women.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I had a long test to take here, and was met by kind smiles and a quick wait time.
Shanika was super sweet and took care of me, letting me recline in a chair after having a difficult time with the test.
The interior is definitely outdated, dirty, and shabby, but overall positive experience here. Thank you!

The Quest Diagnostics location I went to in Brooklyn, NY (on Rockaway Ave) was private, clean and the staff was very professional.

I just left there!!! They are extremely under staffed. I had been waiting over an hour and never received any service. The staff members and security officer were extremely RUDE & UNPLEASANT!! STAY AWAY

I arrived and checked in at 8:05 am for an 8:10 am appointment. I watched about 10 people arrive after me and be seen before me. I had to get up three times to ask the people working there when I was going to be seen. The security guard told me they would be seeing me shortly, 30 minutes later I had still not been seen. It seems one of the medical professionals had removed my name from the waiting list as if I had been seen. At 9:20 I was finally taken back and done in 10 minutes. I understand mistakes happen but it’s incredibly frustrating to have to wait over an hour when I had an appointment. If you don’t want to waste an hour of your day at a minimum, WITH an appointment, maybe try another location.
