The medical professional that helped me was Natasha at the Ralph ave location. She AMAZING. Extremely polite and professional and she found my vein in the arm where most providers never find it. It was a little bit of a wait but understandable due to the high volume of people coming in. The experience was overall a very good one . I always come to this location for my medical needs.

Don't feel like I even need to explain this rating…
1. We've been waiting for 3 hours
2. They didn't even have the test for allergy to parakeets
3. They didn’t take my blood from the vein correctly so how I have a bruise on my hand

This is the worse Quest I ever been the staff is very rude and unprofessional. There is no one you can make a complaint to because they're all the same. If you can do better please avoid this place

This is the best experience I have had at this Quest location in years. The staff is usually rude from the start. When they are calling out patient names, they say it sharply and angrily. When you try to ask a question they are glaring at you like how dare you have a question. It’s very off putting to say the least. But today I got Ms. Nadine, she was professional and lovely. Ms. Nadine, kudos to you for making this a pleasant interaction.

The workers at the place are very unpleasant. I checked in with them by mistake thinking it was Labcorp, but I checked in with them and they called everyone who arrived before and after me and someone told me that they wouldn't help me because Labcorp was downstairs. Last time I visited that place

It’s the worst place ever to have an appointment. I had an appointment for 1:20 got there 1:15 didn’t get seen till 2:00pm. What’s the point of an appointment, I might as well have been a walk-in. Don’t ask any questions either because the tech acts Like you owe her something.

Made an appointment through the app, which is the best thing to do. I was taken into the room by Shenika I had such a pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and gentle. Would recommend this location. Although I had an attitude the day before, Shenika and Natasha still kept it professional with a smile thank you, ladies.

I met this nice lady name Nirmala. She knows how to draw blood without it hurting you. She such a good person that goes out of her way for you. She's a great asset to your company. She makes you feel so comfortable. She deserves a raise and bonus. Thank you Nirmala!

If there was ZERO Star that’s what I would choose to rate them .rude staff not friendly customer service is terrible and the wait time feel endless even with appointment.
