Rainbow Shops on Flatbush and East 29th is suppose to open at 10 am on Sunday. It never is. I stood in the cold until 10:15am and manager still not there. Every damn Sunday!!

Stores supposed to close at 9:30 pm and at 8:45 they be locking the front doors smh. Look at the time and the gates down
