I returned an item purchased from the previous day. One of the young ladies expressed to her colleague," this stinks, I'm not touching it." I assured her I did not wear the dress and provided her with the Rainbow store I purchased it from the previous day. In specifics, the young lady stated "this was worn, label as if it was damaged." Again, I reiterated the dress was as is and not worn from the prior store. It made me extremely uncomfortable, as she proceeded to make inappropriate remarks regarding the dress amongst many other customers. This was extremely humiliating and embarrassing coming from a store clerk who seems to require social skills' management when dealing with customers. She was unethical and unprofessional. As an RN Nursing Supervisor, this is a behavior I have no tolerance for. Rest assure, I will not be a returning customer.

The so called assistance man is so rude it’s disgusting . Supposedly his name is Collins . He wears glasses and look Guyanese. He has the biggest attitude for no reason . I told him I wanted to try a hat on but Alarm was not allowing me to fit hat on my head . He goes off on me it’s obvious he hates his life and had a bad day . There was no reason to give me attitude for asking for assistance: this man is disgusting . Then told me to F OFF CAUSE I told him his attitude is unnecessary. I’m going to cooperate he don’t need to have this Job if he’s going to be rude to customers and exude negative energy

The internet and signs all say this location closes at 8. A rude old man who works there was rushing me out at 7:25. He was very rude and unhelpful in general. I’ve seen other negative reviews about this guy in yelp. He needs to be let go.
My Apple Pay record was showing the *total* of my purchase twice, which doesn’t usually happen. I returned to the store before 8pm to double check that I was only charged once and the old man wouldn’t even let me in the store to show my phone.

First time at the location.. 0 stars!!
The manager is very rude. She profiles people in a way that makes me uncomfortable to set foot in here.
I purchased a $20 top, it was too big when I tried it on over my tank top. When I tried to exchange it the next day she accused me of wearing it out the night before.. which I didn’t. I was in my Jammies and home by 10.
I have tattoos and colored hair. I can only assume this very conservative woman should not be tasked with this responsibility.
I was nice to her in the exchange and she told me to go away because she had a line (of one person).
The whole thing is not in compliance with their actual return policy, and I will never step foot in here again.

They literally NEVER open on time which is unprofessional and they lack customer service and professionalism all around I've told myself several times I won't be going back but there the closest clothing store to me but if there was a better store nearby I'd really never shop here again.

This thing they had for manager today is very loose and has no human behavior control. Black people disrespecting another black person as a customer. He was beyond rude, lack mental capacity to be manager. I gave the details to customer service, hopefully something is done about it. I am not the first complaining about him probably. I will be following up, he's beyond terrible. He was mad when I left after I took my bags myself from the bag checking place, he threw the bag holder so hard with a rage almost hitting me.I never complained but this time there needs to be something said to him or lecture him. He kept saying he's a manager like that's his biggest accomplishment. What about you be a human first? I deal with customers all the time and I would not dare address anyone that way or act like I have no self-control.

The store is well laid out and has a variety of pieces… just not for me. The quality of the clothes in comparison to other low end brands like Primark or Burlington. Customer service within the store is also too poor for me… I appreciate the variety of sizes here in varying designs though. I recommend this store for that. If you want to wear your shoes just once, try them, otherwise I recommend the other stores aforementioned.
