I’d highly recommend having your Brompton delivered and serviced there. The customer service is excellent and they have been around for years. I brought a couple of bikes from their old shop pre pandemic and they always treated me well.

Excellent experience with Ilya. He's clearly knowledgeable and passionate. He didn't try sell me things I didn't need - listened to what I wanted and helped me adjust fit and buy new gear that matched my needs and budget. He is now my go-to bike expert in NYC.
