I’m skeptical about most shops, I walk in here and I know I will be taken care of. It’s family runned, black-owned and has the coolest bike facility I’ve ever witnessed. “[see edit on the development of the story below] Very good selection of high-end, high quality e-bikes and cargo bikes. People seem to know what they do and only carry good stuff. Of course comes with a price but that's pretty normal. If you buy from them, beware their inventory might be inaccurate. I bought a $4k bike there, I pulled the trigger on that because I was told the bike was in stock locally and I could get it assembled promptly, and, as a very demanded brand, the bike might not stay in stock long. 10 days after, looking forward to pick-up my bike who was supposed to only have to be assembled, I discover it's not there and still need to ship from the maker. Bottom line: wait three more weeks. I would have never pulled the trigger on that purchase that fast honestly... Who to blame? Officially, the inventory system isat fault. Doesn't matter much honestly, that's just not reliable regardless of where the mistake - be aware of that if you buy on stock info. What next? Well, I'd hope a commercial gesture as this is really a poor customer experience but mostly, I wait for my bike. [edit:] couple days after the bad news, someone from Propel called me to try to find solutions to solve my issue. Offering a discount or a loaner bike (which nobody initially thought about, even not me). I took them on the proposal of a loaner bike of course, as it's really what mattered to me: to be able to replace 1h of public transportation with my kid in 15' bike ride to go to school and then to work. Thanks guys! Updated my ranking, picking my loaner bike tomorrow.”

“I got a Pro Fit with Pete today. Very knowledgeable dude, and easy to work with. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Got my cleats positioned first, then seat height and lateral position, and we finished with the handle bar and hood position. I shot up to Prospect Park for a few laps when we were done and the ride was night and day different. I felt so locked in and comfortable! Pete really knows what he is doing, and very quickly got me more comfortable than I ever would have by myself. There was no pressure to buy anything either. Highly recommend this service.”

“I truly enjoyed my visit to Two Wheels Bike Shop! Pedro took great care of me from the moment I walked in. I stopped by to buy a new seat cover (which was very reasonably priced), a bike lock, and to have my seat adjusted. Pedro went above and beyond by giving me bike valve caps, adjusting my seat, and even installing the zip tie for my bike lock to make sure I could ride comfortably to the beach. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend this shop and be sure to ask for Pedro.”

“I was in need of a bike alarm for my new ebike A.S.A.P and after trying 3 other bike shops in the area and being told no, I came here and the lady there was very helpful. She was polite, took the time to look at my bike and sell me a disk lock that works easily and is loud. It was exactly what I needed, and although I’m sure I could’ve gotten one a little cheaper on Amazon, I paid for the convenience of getting it on the spot. She said showed me how to put it on and secure it, and said it was $45 but I paid with debit card and later saw she charged me 48.99. So I’m guessing that’s the card tax. The place is a bit of a mess but I’m not mad at it. For a quick solution, and the feeling of security for my bike right away, I would definitely recommend them.”
