Only ever seen one-two tellers working despite the lines and long waits. It’s not worth the wait when there’s like 3 other banks right next door

I was able to make an appointment and open an account same day. I interacted with multiple people and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Overall it was a very positive experience and I look forward to doing my banking there.
