  Ignore the bad reviews. I’ve dealt with many different banks and this one has easily been the best. I opened a checking account recently and had other issues that they kindly helped with. Everyone I’ve spoken to there is professional and kind, even with kids like me! Also, their app is very user friendly and smooth.

  I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at Avenue J Bank. Friendly team, pleasant atmosphere, nice faces, and everything is very efficient! I’ve been using the services for 3 years now, and I’m always glad to come back and see familiar, joyful faces!!!
