Came in here in a rush to buy makeup for a wedding and holiday party. I was helped by Nisrine who knew exactly the shade of blush I liked and a mascara that fit the vibe I was going for. She was fast, efficient, and had a great intuition. Five star experience overall.

They are always so helpful anytime I go there! But I want to share a recent experience. I made my first makeup appointment for full face (I had a wedding to go to) at Albee Square downtown Brooklyn and after I took an uber there they just cancelled on me at the last minute! The makeup artist called out sick no email no nothing. Fast forward I called this location and Sheena hooked me up! I never looked so beautiful in my life. She didn’t have to help me out. I think they were fully booked and she may have even worked through her break but she saved the day! I asked for a natural look. I’m so grateful to her and will now become a regular there. Thanks Sheena!

Small staff are not helpful they just get robbed so much and think everyone is stealing and when they do see someone stealing something they do nothing about it thats what I experience the 10 mins I was there

I came in looking for my usual skin care just looking around a couple of perfumes , Nisrine was soooo helpful and kind to recommend some skin products for my face and she was soooo helpful I took her recommendations. Usually when I walk into Sephora I get so overwhelmed by what product is “best seller” or is actually going to work and Nisrine NAILED IT. I also received my birthday sample and a bunch of goodie samples she hooked me up! Along with my purchase I felt like I walked out with useful products for my face and she was soooo helpful and so sweet!

nisrine is amazing!!! i came in to grab the hourglass tinted moisturizer but they were sadly out of stock. nisrine understood the assignment and introduced me to a great alternative. while i was there, she also recommended other great products that i needed for upcoming travel: cleansers, moisturizer, and sunscreen. nisrine was super helpful, clear, and sweet. (she also threw down on samples 😗)

My experience at Sephora Williamsburg was one of the best ones to-date! 10/10 would highly recommend!! I walked in, asked for support finding the perfect foundation for my skin tone (currently mixing two). I was directed to Nisrine. She immediately found me a match with a NARS foundation (natural coverage). She was very attentive and asked me how I liked the two different foundations used on my face. She recommended a cleanser (Kiehl’s), which I previously heard about. Purchasing it was a no brainer (especially since I’ve been told my current cleanser isn’t the best). Nisrine treated me like VIP and proceeded to check me out immediately (rather than waiting on the long line). The cherry on top was being given some samples to try at home! Nisrine was amazing and deserves 5 plus stars ⭐️ (and a raise) for her exceptional customer service skills!! Thank you again, Nisrine! Happy Holidays! 💕
