60 Broadway Brooklyn supposed be open from 8:00 am -5:00pm is 8:15 am and still closed , I wasting my time , this people don’t care about their customers

I walked in sleepless, hungry and with last minute decisions to be made. How lucky was I to find Matthew behind the counter. As Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience, and having studied Color Theory with mastermind Sylvia Gaffney, I can responsibly say that his eye for color is very sharp.Throughout my multiple visits to this store for a project, Matthew offered the perfect balance of an elegant and professional—with just the right dose of personable—service, which might be even more rare to find than keen eyes.The Sherwin-Williams brand greatly benefits from having Matthew as an employee. I can only hope the company realizes his value and maintains him happy and helpful.I will use and recommend this store as my go-to for projects from now on.

Agatha at this location is amazing. I'm originally from Florida--having lived in New York City for 15 years generally people are not super excited to help you. She not only went above and beyond to track down the paint I needed, she kept in contact with me over two days to get everything squared away. Customer for life, tysm!
