Seeds in the Middle Community Action (SIMCA) spot is the central location for Seeds in the Middle. THIS EVENT SPOT IS FOR RENTAL AND VERY AFFORDABLE. Go to our linktree for information. At the Spot, we refrigerate fresh produce forschool and community-run farm stands, do farm markets, teach healthy cooking and offer , prenatal and postpartum fitness and wellness activities for moms. We offer programming for the welfare of all. Tell us what you would like to do in the space. Do you want to lead activities? If you are a vendor, would you like to take part in pop-up markets, for example? Available for rent for all kinds of events, including birthday parties, private events, art exhibits and classes, fitness, more.

I absolutely love seeds in the middle. From the fresh fruits to the healthy food, and also the many events different events they have especially for mom/baby.

One of the few places that help moms and babies. Their help comes in forms of yoga classes, free diapers, affordable veggies and others. They are trying to build a community, a help network in NYC and that's gold.
