Based on the reviews, The UPS Store at 2224 Avenue U offers a full range of shipping services. The staff is always very courteous, professional, and helpful. One staff member did a beautiful job packaging a large item, charging for two boxes at first but then finding a single box big enough and refunding part of the money. Another staff member took care of all returns efficiently and with no problems. The store is a great location, and the people are doing an incredible job. Aside from the fact that there is almost always a big line, the staff is friendly. It is a great location for drop-off for UPS or Amazon returns. Sometimes it is very busy and needs more staff to make lines move quicker, but the staff is friendly and highly recommended.

Great location. The lady who does the scanning is very fast at scanning. At one time, I have over 6 packages. By the time I put the last package on the counter, she already finished scanning all previous. Leaves you speechless. 👍

Easy and convenient drop off , but at times it could be crowded ~~ staff were being helpful

Ahmed did a beautiful job packaging a large rollator. At first he charged me for the two boxes that he thought would be needed but then he found a single box big enough to enclose the rollator and refunded part of my money.
