Hours: Based on the reviews, The UPS Store at 2224 Avenue U offers a full range of shipping services. The staff is always very courteous, professional, and helpful. One staff member did a beautiful job packaging a large item, charging for two boxes at first but then finding a single box big enough and refunding part of the money. Another staff member took care of all returns efficiently and with no problems. The store is a great location, and the people are doing an incredible job. Aside from the fact that there is almost always a big line, the staff is friendly. It is a great location for drop-off for UPS or Amazon returns. Sometimes it is very busy and needs more staff to make lines move quicker, but the staff is friendly and highly recommended.
