Despite all the negative reviews I always have a great experience at this location and I was never over charged for anything. They also allow me to choose the GMC Model all the time. I returned all vans cleaned even if it wasn't cleaned properly by previous renters. This location is great and I would recommend.

Only place 24 hours, the dispatcher a little rude but it’s Brooklyn (he has to) KEEP IN MIND the pick up time it’s until 6pm (even though it’s a 24 hours U-Haul)
