“My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.”

“Rented high roof van, looks like it is in the high demand here in the city, so maybe have it more in stock? anyway, there was some mix up with the van availability, but the front desk guy made a call and got a permission to get me the correct the van after all. The vehicle was impeccable, clean, new, sanitized. By the time the paper work was done, the guy already pull it out, turned on heat and radio. Nice car, good maintenance service. Very happy.”

“This is about the Ave D location -- Guishan -- Pretty interesting spot. When you enter, there are all these ice cream trucks in a row --it gets you in the mood for a Mr. Softee cone.Rented here twice so far, pretty efficient operation. They open up promptly at 9:00 am. Provided the vehicle and accessories I reserved.They send a link to your phone to capture your license info --takes 1 minute and then you're out.The cost for cross-town use of their vehicle is pretty reasonable.I will continue to do business with them.”
