This was back in July 2023. The lady manager at the time was rude and horrible. 1st truck didn't have a functioning AC and had to pick up another one (I'm not too concerned about this). The main problem is an employee being terrible to customers for no reason. Do better.

The only things had me amazing were after giving all that info on the phone to confirm I am taking the vehicle still had a long wait at the desk 2024 your hub is slow, the insurance thing I pay for the insurance why my insurance money wasn’t returned when I returned the vehicle safe.remember that was an option?

This Location Never Have U-Hauls Available. The entire week from July 22nd, 2024 - July 28th, 2024 I been back and forth with this location trying to get a U-haul. The first time I showed up they told me because I didn’t have a reservation so I could not get a truck this was understandable. The next day I come back with a reservation they tell me I still can’t get a truck because they have nothing available mind you looking outside there was more than 10 trucks outside. Also majority of the employees are so rude including the General Manager “If you don’t have a reservation I don’t have nothing for you” who raised you guys to speak to customers like this? If you are looking to rent a UHual this is not the location they do not care about your situation as to why you need a U-haul they just love turning people down. I am very disappointed who’s this location. I’m also going to take this up on twitter and instagram where I have a following base of 18.6k followers. You guys looking to move please do your best getting a Van with Home Depot. Have a great day and good luck to those who are trying to rent a van at this location.

Reserved a truck 6/29/24. It wasn’t available when I arrived, somewhat understandable. What made it a terrible experience was the customer service, the rep was extremely rude and spoke to the customers like they were children. To her defense it was very busy and seemed to be under staffed, but her attitude did not help matters. I hope others have a better experience.

Lots of parking spots, and big selection to get packing and moving supplies, boxes, even trailer hitches. Bot a lot of people.

Really disappointing place I had an appointment for 6 PM till 7pm (2 weeks in advance to book it) to put on a hitch. They said we don’t honor your appointment because the Worker works till six not seven. I drove to this place for nothing they didn’t even call me that it’s canceled

Too much going on and minimal staff. I waited on line for 40 minutes before the female employee announced that there were no vehicles available even if you had a reservation. This caused a ruckus. Thankfully a gentleman named Curtiz was great and worked 3x as hard compared to the lady to accommodate everyone. If not for him, this location would get 0 stars.

Reasonable prices rental trucks. However, staff at this branch are not consistent with pricing policy and often “accidentally “ overcharge. The manager resolve issues with ease and is normally left to correct staff mistakes.
