online it's great- great prices, great products, and the stores are super nice too; always in stock, but the customer service is terrible, and the staff are hateful, and often give me a hard time over nothing, would totally order online tho:)

As I’m learning to do my own makeup, ulta felt like a good place to start. I did majority of the research online and found most of what I was looking for. The store is well stocked and spacious.
